Return Policy
- Customers can initiate a return request within a 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact.
- Any signs of physical damage or improper usage may void the return policy.
- All our laptops come with “Tamper Evident Void Seals”, which should be remain intact in any case of Return/Refund/Warranty claim
- The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, but in some cases free return shipping will be provided.
- Once the product is received and inspected, the customer is refunded the full purchase amount (excluding shipping fees).
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by contacting customer service through our Contact Number +91 7428270966 or writing a mail to contact@thinkrefurb.com. We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests after 24 Hrs of the order has been placed. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment and get credited within 7-10 working days.
Refund Policy
- If the customer receives a defective product, they should initiate a refund request within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product .
- If you have received any Product which is subject to refund in terms of this Policy, we suggest you to immediately register a request in this regard and send us an unboxing video and images of the damaged, defective or inaccurate Product received with clear timestamp.

- The customer can choose between a replacement product or a full refund.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
- If the customer paid through a payment gateway or bank transfer, the refund is processed through the same payment method.
Late or missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thinkrefurb.com and send your item to our address.
Shipping Policy & Shipping Returns
We ship the product in 1-2 days once the order is placed excluding weekends or holidays and same is delivered in next 5-7 days depending upon the location of shipping address.
We have partnered with leading Logistics aggregator Shiprocket through which we ship products with best delivery partner available for the particular Pincodes. We offer FREE shipping on all our Orders and customer will get notified through SMS & Email on Order placing , Pick Up as well as delivery Schedule. The Customer can track there respective Orders through our Track Your Order Page available in footer of the website as well.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our shipping address from where product was shipped.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
